Membership to Club Apparel program is open to all customers of Major Brands. Club Apparel members can earn reward points at any Major Brands participating store in India.

Members can redeem their Club Apparel Reward points across all participating stores of Major Brands in India.

1. What is Club Apparel?

Club Apparel is an App based Loyalty Program of Major Brands available across 130+ stores of international brands in India

2. How do I become a Club Apparel member?

You can download the Club Apparel app and register with your mobile number. Following that, you will be required to verify your number through an OTP and then set your unique 4-digit pin.

3. What are the benefits of Club Apparel?

Club Apparel members earn Rewards / points on every purchase which can be redeemed across all participating Club Apparel stores instantly on your next purchase across 130+ stores of international brands in India. For detailed information please refer Tier section.

4. How do I collect Club Apparel points / Rewards?

Club Apparel points / Rewards can be collected by scanning your identification barcode on the app at the point of sale during a transaction.

5. How can I check how many points I have?

Points can be viewed on the Club Apparel home page when your click on the Tier tab and in ‘ Rewards’ tab.

6. What is the value of Club Apparel points, i.e. what is the value of one point?

1 point is equal to 1 INR.

7. Where can I redeem my Club Apparel Points?

Club Apparel Points accrued in India can be redeemed at any of the participating Major Brand Stores in India. The brands are country specific and hence change from country to country

8. When can I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed instantly at your very next purchase and if your profile details have been completed, your points will be unlocked for redemption.

9. Is there a limitation on redemption of points?

No. Once the profile is completed, points will be unlocked for redemption. Points need to be redeemed before they expire. Expired points cannot be reinstated

10. Why am I unable to redeem my points after logging into the app?

Once you have gained access to the app, you will be required to complete your profile to be able to use your points. Once you complete your profile, your points will be unlocked for redemption.

11. Can I collect or redeem my points without the app?

Club Apparel is an app-based Loyalty Program and hence, it’s mandatory to download Club Apparel app from App Store / Play Store to benefit from the program.

12. Can I collect and redeem my points during sales and promotions?

Yes, Points can be earned and redeemed during sales and promotions.

13. How do I collect my points if I was unable to collect at the time of purchase?

Points can be collected through the app by scanning the barcode printed on the bill using “” Add Transaction”” feature below Rewards section. The barcode expires in14 days from the date of purchase. After successful scanning, the points will be updated within 48 working hours.

14. How can I view my point collection history?

You can view it under “Rewards” tab in the home screen.

15. When do my points expire?

There are multiple types of points that you can collect depending on available promotions. Club Apparel points expire after a year from the date of collection. However, specific brand points will have different expiry dates, which could vary according to promotion T&Cs.

16. My points have expired. Can I retrieve them?

No, expired points cannot be retrieved.

17. Will I earn Rewards if I Purchased using Mobile Wallet?

Yes, Rewards can be earned for Payments made using Mobile Wallet.

18. Will I earn Rewards if I purchase using Gift Cards?

Yes, you will earn Rewards when you purchase using Gift Cards.

20. Can I transfer points to other Club Apparel members?

No, points are non-transferrable.

21. Do my points get transferred if I have changed my number?

Yes, your points will be transferred to the number you have updated on the mobile app.

22. How can I become a Gold tier member?

To become a Gold tier member, you need to spend a minimum of 1,00,000* INR in the last 365 days.

23. How can I become a Black tier member?

To become a Black tier member, you need to spend 2,50,000* INR or more in the past 365 days.

24. My number has changed, how do I update it in the app?

• Login to the app with your old mobile number & password.

• In the Profile section, edit the profile and update your new mobile number.

• You will receive an OTP on your new mobile number.

• After validating the OTP, the change will get reflected in your profile.

By registering on the Club Apparel Mobile App, you accept the terms and conditions of Club Apparel – the Loyalty program of Major Brands and its Partners. Major Brands reserves the right to amend, cancel or change the terms and conditions or suspend the loyalty program at any time without any notice and Major Brands has the sole discretion on the same. The terms and conditions of Club Apparel Loyalty program herein referred to as “Club Apparel” are listed below.


  1. The Club Apparel membership commences when the customer registers into the program using the mobile application validating the account with One Time Password and providing the Date of Birth along with setting up the password
  2. The membership is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of joining the program. At least one purchase in a year is a prerequisite for successive renewal of membership
  3. Major Brands reserves the right to terminate any membership without any notice at its sole discretion. Any discontinuance of membership does not limit Major Brands’ right to use information / data collected on members during the term of membership
  4. This program is applicable across all approved participating retail stores of the Major Brands and its partners in India
  5. Only one (1) membership per GSM phone number
  6. The membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the authenticated / validated member. Customer needs to complete successful OTP validation on the registered number to complete authentication
  7. Membership charges and term of membership, if any, will be decided by Major Brands at its sole discretion
  8. Club Apparel members are entitled to earn points on purchase of any regular priced merchandise, or what is otherwise announced by Major Brands
  9. Points accrued in any of the approved participating retail stores of the Major Brands and its partners in India can only be redeemed in approved participating retail stores of the Major Brands and its partners in India
  10. Points accrued in any of the approved participating retail stores of the Major Brands and its partners in India cannot be redeemed in any other country
  11. Points accrued in any of the approved participating retail stores of the Major Brands and its partners in any other country apart from India cannot be redeemed in any of the approved participating retail stores of the Major Brands and its partners in India and vice versa
  12. A valid point is equivalent to one (1) INR
  13. Points can only be earned / redeemed through the Mobile App only. To redeem points, customer must complete their profile on the Club Apparel Mobile App
  14. CA Points are valid for redemption within one year from the date of purchase
  15. Brand Points validity is decided by Club Apparel while rewarding the points; the point’s expiry date can be checked on mobile app
  16. Points earning structure may vary from brand to brand and format to format. For latest point earned structure kindly refer the Club Apparel Mobile App
  17. Points earned on full priced products versus sale / promotion products may vary
  18. Members can earn points while redeeming Gift Cards. Points are not issued upon purchase of Gift Card
  19. Points are issued on the Nett tendered amount in Cash / Credit Card / Debit Card / Other payment modes excluding the GST amount. Example, points are not issued on promotional gift vouchers amount
  20. Major Brands may at any time reject to reward or redeem points for failure to pay for the purchases or for any breach of these conditions or for any judicious reason and the member shall have no right to claim the points
  21. Points cannot be transferred between member accounts. However, a member can change the number by editing the number on the mobile app and re-validating the same
  22. Points can never be exchanged or transferred to cash but can only be claimed against purchases in Club Apparel participating stores in India
  23. Major Brands will deduct points at the time of refund if any awarded-on purchase
  24. All points belong to Major Brands and may never be exchanged for goods not approved by Major Brands
  25. Membership rights are reserved with Major Brands and are subject to Major Brands’ approval. A membership can be terminated in the event of a member failing to comply with these Terms & Conditions or Supplying any false or misleading information to Major Brands or abusing any membership privileges or not using membership for a period of 12 months or in case of death of a member or becoming bankrupt or under discretion of Major Brands for judicious reasons
  26. A member may cancel his / her membership by giving Major Brands written cancellation request through email at
  27. In case of such termination Major Brands shall be responsible to the member only to the extent of the points lying to the credit of the member’s account
  28. Major Brands shall not be responsible whatsoever for any data loss, or corruption of data or its confidentiality or the likes of the customer. No claim of whatever nature in this regard, shall lie against Major Brands either by the customer or a third party
  29. Major Brands also does not take responsibility for any lost points / discrepancy of points earned or any claim for damage to a mobile phone as a consequence of a Club Apparel membership
  30. Major Brands shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use of the mobile phones/membership/mobile app account and it is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure safety of his mobile phone, mobile app account and/or the password if any allotted to him for the purpose
  31. Any loss of mobile or sim card should be intimated to Major Brands immediately failing which member is liable for loss of points and will not hold Major Brands for any loss occurring due to such events
  32. All conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied and whether arising under legislation or otherwise, as to condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any reward supplied are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability that cannot be fully excluded is limited, where permitted, to replacing, or crediting the value of the Loyalty points at our discretion
  33. Major Brands shall not be responsible in any way for technical faults by third parties and service provider as they are beyond the control of Major Brands. Major Brands shall at the best shall endeavor to sort out the said problem
